Bright Group växer i Sverige genom förvärvet av DPS – Eriksson & Carlsson säljarens stöd genom hela processen

Eriksson & Carlsson har varit säljarnas rådgivare när Bright Group förvärvat DPS i december 2015. Nedan finns mer att läsa om själva affären;

DPS, the Stockholm based video technology services company, has been acquired by the Nordic’s largest entertainment & experiences services company, Bright Group. DPS will be integrated into Bright Sweden’s production services business.

This acquisition makes Bright Sweden a full-service technical production provider, delivering state-of-the-art equipment as well as experienced staff within sound, lighting, video and stage.

Being part of Bright Group will assist DPS in developing its business further, both in terms of market reach and product development. Together with our operations in Norway and Finland, Bright Group is a leading provider within video (projectors, displays, LED screens, camera production)

“The DPS team is a great addition to our Swedish rental and production services operation, and with their competence, experience, and equipment within video, we are now truly a full-service provider in Sweden – providing a one-stop-shop to our clients. We have already a long and good cooperation with DPS, and the inclusion of DPS into Bright Group is merely a natural evolution of this cooperation”, says Trond Lutdal, CEO of Bright Group.

“We are excited to become a part of Bright Group. We will benefit from Bright Group’s diverse experience and market coverage, and at the same time provide an important line of business to Bright’s Swedish operations”, says Andreas Lundin and Tobias Nordberg, owners of DPS.

The current owners of DPS will become shareholders in Bright Group.
